To awaken what they call Kundalini, an invisible and immeasurable energy symbolically represented by a snake that sleeps coiled in the first chakra. They say that by awakening this snake the yogi controls life and death. Each of us experiences this meditation very differently. In summary, it is based on directing your breathing from bottom to top and from top to bottom, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth, accelerating the repair on the way up and decreasing the pace on the way down. Each complete lap lasts approximately 16 minutes. They do NOT advise practicing this technique while alone, someone must take care of you, if something happens that they consider "dangerous" this person will put their hand between your eyes or touch your shoulder to bring you back to the body. You do not have to understand anything. You have to accept everything as it is. part of the process.

My first two laps were full of mind... will I be doing it right? This music is distracting me, a mosquito just bit me, the woman next to me sounds strange, everything hurts…

It was on the third lap when something changed, when I became light and flew...

Standing with eyes closed and body relaxed, moving arms and hands towards the body, creating a vortex of energy that I direct to the first chakra and bringing the breath to that area of my body. The music begins to play, for two minutes I maintain the movement accompanied by slow, long breathing... the bell rings, I ascend to the second chakra and increase the rate of breathing a little. Another two minutes breathing towards my sexual organs, I achieved emotional unity, I experienced pleasure. My eyes remain closed, my mind is silent... the bell rings again and I ascend towards the third, the speed of breathing continues to increase, my hands accompany the breath directing everything towards the plexus, towards my personal power, I feel that I am where I want to be. The music speeds up, the bell rings and I raise the energy towards the heart, the area of the fourth chakra, the center of the emotion of love, I let go of everything, I no longer direct my arms or try to control my breathing, I let everything flow and I melt into the heat that my body emanates. The bell rings again, I go up to the throat, the place where it is located in the fifth chakra, another two minutes that can be seconds or can be hours, the music continues to accelerate, my breaths become short. The bell again, I continue rising, now to the area of the sixth chakra, the third eye, the internal compass... from here I enter a different state, the movement continues, becoming faster and faster, almost no I breathe, I go up to the head, to the seventh chakra, the connection with the non-physical aspect of our body, the "seat of the soul", I no longer hear the music, I no longer breathe, I no longer know who I am or where I am... I feel like I'm going to explode and I fall into the void, I forget everything...

The sound of 3 bells brings me back to my head, I listen to the music again, I am dizzy, I feel hot, very hot... I begin to descend, little by little, chakra by chakra, from mind to emotion I Tears come, my body feels heavy, I control my breathing until it becomes slow and long like at the beginning. I release my arms next to my body and begin to breathe through my nose, everything is silent, I feel dense, it is as if my feet have been glued to the ground, my mind is silent, my entire being remains in the deepest and most precious silence.
