All Returns and Exchanges need to be mailed back within 10 days of the delivery date. Please contact us by email at office@mariamalo.com for Return Authorization prior to shipping.

Please pack any products in a safe carton or reuse the original packing which the product was shipped with.

If returned suit is not in the original condition it was and/or damaged, return/credit/exchange may be refused.

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.

We do not accept change or returns in underwear or swimwear.

Similarly, and as stated in the Sales section, no exchanges or returns shall be accepted for discounted items. Customers acknowledge and accept that all purchases of discounted merchandise are considered final.

We are paying duty to receive your return in Bali, therefore we need to charge 20$ for any return.

If you want to change size or color, We will send you the new item on free shipping.

Shipping fee for merchandise returned in exchange for a different item will be free.
